Zusammenfassung

Die Anmeldung in unserer Klinik erfolgt mit den von uns speziell für die Dipyridamol- und Dobutamin-Streßechokardiographie entworfenen Untersuchungsprotokollen (Abb. 10.1 und 10.2), die von den betreuenden Stationsärzten ausgefüllt werden. Die stichwortartige Zusammenfassung der Anamnese und aktuellen Beschwerden sowie Ergebnisse der vorausgegangenen Untersuchungen in dem ersten Teil des Untersuchungsprotokolls erweist sich unserer Erfahrung nach für den Untersucher als sehr hilfreich, damit er sich während der Untersuchung besonders auf spezielle Fragestellungen konzentrieren, aber auch frühzeitig auf mögliche Komplikationen achten kann. Sie ermöglicht außerdem, das Ergebnis der Untersuchung in den gesamten klinischen Rahmen zu stellen und damit weitere Entscheidungen für diagnostische bzw. therapeutische Maßnahmen individuell zu treffen.
