Zusammenfassung
Es werden Ergebnisse vergleichender pharmakokinetischer Studien nach Einmal- und Mehrfachgabe einer neu entwickelten Retardform von Valproinsäure und üblichen Ergenyl®-Tabletten bei gesunden Probanden vorgestellt.
Die sich daraus ergebenden möglichen klinischen Vorteile der Retardform werden diskutiert.
