Zusammenfassung

Risiken tauchen typischerweise im Projektmanagement auf, da Projekte definitionsbedingt meist neu und einzigartig sind. In diesem Beitrag werden nicht nur Risikofelder in Logistik-Projekten klassifiziert, sondern der gesamte Risikoprozess betrachtet: Risikoanalyse und -bewertung, -steuerung und -kontrolle. Auf Basis von Unternehmensbeispielen werden Instrumente und Methoden vorgestellt und auf Logistikthemen übertragen.
