Zusammenfassung
Im Beitrag wird das Best-Practice-Sharing im Rahmen der Führungskräfteentwicklung theoretisch und praktisch beleuchtet. Denn, was für Produktinnovationen gilt, kann man auch für Führungsinnovationen annehmen: Es braucht einen Anstoß, damit sich solche neuen Ideen in einer Organisation ausbreiten. Zudem muss das Bewusstsein dafür wachsen, dass das, was in einem Bereich der Organisation täglich gelebte (gute) Praxis ist, für andere Bereiche eine Innovation darstellt. An diesen Punkten setzt das Best-Practice-Sharing an, das als Instrument zur Entwicklung der individuellen Führungspersönlichkeit und der Führungsfähigkeiten der Organisation an sich einen doppelten Hebel für Innovationen bereitstellt.
