Das menschliche Büro

Zusammenfassung

Der Begriff Menschlichkeit wird untersucht und definiert, außerdem was eigentlich Gesundheit und Wohlfühlen, Zufriedenheit und Wertschätzung heute bedeuten. Für das Buch wurde eine Umfrage zum Thema „das menschliche Büro“ in den sozialen Medien durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse dieser Studie werden vorgestellt, erläutert und diskutiert, welche Aussagen diese Resultate liefern und welche Bedeutung sie unter dem Kontext Menschlichkeit haben. Unterschiedliche Aspekte, wie der Mensch im Mittelpunkt, die lebendige, lernende Organisation, der physische Raum, Kommunikation und Konzentration, das Umfeld und die neue Führung werden betrachtet als wesentliche Voraussetzungen und Facetten für das menschliche Büro der Zukunft.

Abstract

The term humanity is examined and defined, as well as what health and well-being, satisfaction and appreciation actually mean today. For the book, a survey was conducted on the topic of “the human office” in the social media. The results of this survey are presented, explained, and discussed what these results provide and what meaning they have in the context of humanity. Different aspects, such as the human being at the center, the living and learning organization, physical space, communication and concentration, the environment and the new leadership are considered as essential prerequisites and facets for the human office of the future.
