Zusammenfassung

Nachdem in den Kap. 2, 3 und 4 verschiedene Ansätze zur Identifizierung von Opportunities aus dem Unternehmen, aus dem unmittelbaren Markt mit seinen Kunden und aus der Umwelt heraus vorgestellt wurden, sollen in Kap. 6 nun Hilfestellungen zur Bewertung von Opportunities und zur Auswahl bei mehreren potenziellen Opportunities vorgestellt werden.
