Zusammenfassung

Melanozytäre Nävi werden als gutartige Proliferationen der Melanozyten definiert. Sie können in der Epidermis lokalisiert sein (junktionaler melanozytärer Nävus) oder in der Dermis (intradermaler melanozytärer Nävus) oder sowohl in der Epidermis wie auch in der Dermis vorkommen (Cornpound-Nävus). Melanozytäre Nävi sind bei weitem die häufigsten Tumoren der Haut in der weißen Bevölkerung; sie kommen in der Regel multipel vor.
