Zusammenfassung

In soliden lymphoiden Organen liegen die Lymphozyten dichtgepackt, zusammen mit Bindegewebe, Blutgefäßen etc. Durch Zupfen, Pressen oder Ausspritzen wird eine Einzelzellsuspension hergestellt. Durch hypotonen Schock können Erythrozyten zerstört werden, durch Adhärenzschritte kann die Zahl der Nicht-Lymphozyten in der Kultur verringert werden (Beides hier nicht erforderlich).
