Zusammenfassung

Bei der Druckflussmessung werden simultan Detrusordruck als Differenzdruck aus Blasen- minus Abdominaldruck und Harnfluss pro Zeiteinheit aufgezeichnet (⊘Tabelle 12–1). Bei Verdacht auf funktionelle Obstruktion ist es erforderlich, die Messung mit der Ableitung des Elektromyogramms aus Beckenboden, externem urethralen oder analen Sphinkter bzw. der röntgenologischen Darstellung von Urethra und Blase (Videourodynamik) zu kombinieren.
