Résumé
L’efficacité du traitement des néoplasies intra-épithéliales cervicales (CIN) se juge par le taux de succès, mais aussi par la nature conservatrice de la thérapie utilisée. Ces pathologies pré-cancéreuses, de plus en plus fréquentes, touchent des sujets jeunes, dont l’avenir obstétrical doit être préservé. Il y a lieu de choisir une thérapie peu délétère, permettant une restauration ad integrum de l’anatomie et de la fonction du col utérin.
