Zusammenfassung

Das höchste Verordnungsvolumen der Onkologika haben Hormonantagonisten zur Behandlung des Mammakarzinoms und des Prostatakarzinoms, auf die fast 70% der definierten Tagesdosen (DDD) entfallen. Alle anderen onkologischen Arzneimittel haben wesentlich geringere Verordnungsmengen. Führende Gruppe der klassischen Zytostatika sind die Antimetabolite, was vor allem auf dem hohen Anteil von 5-Fluorouracil und Methotrexat beruht. Als nächste Gruppen folgen monoklonale Antikörper und Proteinkinaseinhibitoren sowie mit deutlichem Abstand Platinverbindungen, Taxane, Vincaalkaloide, Anthrazykline, Alkylanzien und Topoisomerasehemmstoffe.
