Zusammenfassung
Während Analgesieverfahren im Rahmen der Geburtshilfe und die Anästhesie zum Kaiserschnitt in vielen anästhesiologischen Abteilungen häufig praktizierte Verfahren sind, ist die anästhesiologische Betreuung bei einer Vielzahl weiterer Eingriffe im Kontext der Geburtshilfe seltener. Dieses Kapitel bietet eine Übersicht über weitere, typische Eingriffe im geburtshilflichen Kontext, um auch für jene zum Teil eher selteneren Situationen optimal vorbereitet zu sein. Besonderheiten der folgenden Eingriffe und das jeweilige anästhesiologische Vorgehen wird erläutert: Kürettage bei Spätabort, Cerclage und totaler Muttermundverschluss, äußere Wendung, fetalchirurgische Eingriffe, intrauterine Transfusion, „ex utero intra partum treatment“ (EXIT), manuelle Plazentalösung, Kürettage bei Spätabort und Plazentaverhalt, Versorgung von Geburtsverletzungen, Tubensterilisation.
