Zusammenfassung

Das Tubenkarzinom macht ca. 0,3 % aller gynäkologischen Malignome aus. Das Fimbrienende stellt die bevorzugte Lokalisation der Entstehung eines serösen high-grade Adenokarzinoms dar. Im Gegensatz zum Ovarialkarzinom bewirkt es häufig eine frühere klinische Symptomatik, weshalb Tubenkarzinome öfter in früheren Stadien entdeckt werden. Es breitet sich über das Peritoneum und bevorzugt auch lymphogen aus. Die lymphatische Drainage der Tube erfolgt in erster Linie via Ligg. infundibulopelvica. Isolierte paraaortale Metastasen ohne gleichzeitigen Befall der pelvinen Lymphknoten wurden beschrieben. Eine maximale zytoreduktive Operation steht, wie beim Ovarialkarzinom, im Mittelpunkt des Therapiekonzepts. Die Chemotherapie des Tubenkarzinoms erfolgt wie beim Ovarialkarzinom mit platinhaltigen Kombinationen. Bei der Überwachung des Krankheitsverlaufs ist v. a. die Beachtung klinischer Symptome und des Tumormarkers CA-125 wertvoll.
