Abstract

Non-Abelian discrete groups have been adopted for the flavor models of the quarks and leptons. In this chapter, we present some successful flavor models of these discrete symmetries. Examples will illustrate how such models are built. However, before discussing the models themselves, we briefly review the main features of the experimental data regarding neutrino flavor mixing.
