Abstract
This article shows a new small multicountry Econometric Model which includes Japan, Korea, Russia and the Northeast district of China. By this model, a future projection of this area and some policy simulations are done. Especially, the effects of the Japan-Korea Free Trade Area is estimated, and the result of this estimation is favorable for both countries. International trade between two countries is promoted, and in the long run, GDP of both countries are raised.
