Abstract

Recently, the fields to be studied for the marine have been spreaded, in the various phases, from the resource development to the space utilization. However, on the other hand, the importance for ocean, which is provided by the marine, is recognized again form the problem caused by the population pressure and the lack of resources, and nationalism is risen in terms of maintaining the territories and resources. As a result, many restrictions appear on the fisheries. Therefore, considering that the fisheries in our country are positioned in these problem, the fishery operation within 200 miles EEZ in foreign countries is severely controlled and the fishery itself, specially, is required to be improved in its organization.
