Abstract

Structurally this chapter consists of two parts. The first part is rather general and includes analysis of controllable Hamilton systems without giving the feedback law. It is possible to make such studies by introducing a special class of ”variational” integrals being in line with the Lebesgue-Stieltjes integrals summed over the norm while a set of function (functional) variations is reduced to a physically realized set of ”dynamic variations”.
