Abstract
La catégorie de la signification est, selon nous, un acquis définitif pour la biologie. Par principe, le comportement du vivant n’est pas réductible à une somme de processus physico-chimiques décomposables. Il est temps d’aborder le vivant sous une autre perspective phénoménologique que celle que nous avons suivie jusqu’ici. Ce nouveau point de vue nous permettra d’approfondir et de nuancer les résultats auxquels nous sommes parvenus.
