Abstract
This chapter reviews and analyses current approaches to teaching and learning practices and curriculum development. The authors argue that responsibility for improving teaching and learning must be a shared partnership between individual teachers, department heads, college and institutional leaders and the national government itself through its Ministry of Higher Education.
