Abstract
Part one of this paper describes the method for parallel measurements of the kinetics of oxygen outburst and prompt fluorescence of Chlorella during the induction of photosynthesis. Also the mathematical concept for the differential equations which simulate the electron-transport within the Z — scheme is given. Here we present the parallel measurements of oxygen- and fluorescence kinetics together with the calculations to test the model under characteristic conditions which influence the induction-kinetics.
