Abstract

Application of hydrochemistry and environmental isotopes can be envisaged in two ways. Applications may pertain to hydrological problems; how can one use hydrochemical information for hydrological purposes? Establishing the origin of groundwater and estimating its recharge rate are common examples of the type of problems concerning groundwater.
