Abstract
The arteriographic exploration is performed under anesthesia. The use of radiopaque substances in the internal iliac (hypogastric) arteries is more painful than in the limbs and would not be accepted by the patient. Certain substances, such as Palfium *, used during anesthesia, lead to better pictures.
