Abstract
As business environments become more complex and turbulent the need to develop innovative products frequently and rapidly has become a strategic concern. In an environment in which efficiency can be measured by the ability of a health-care company to bring new products to market on ever-shortening timescales, effective communication and decision-making processes are of strategic importance.
