Abstract

The results gained from the enlarged Pilot Project area have demonstrated even more convincingly than the results gained from the COST 72 Pilot Project, the feasibility and utility of producing an international composite image of radar data combined with satellite data.We recommendtherefore that the generation of multi-national composite products should be continued for the benefit of all aspects of operational meteorology, hydrology and other applications.
