Abstract
The Netherlands is unconditionally committed to the early and full implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention. In fact, we host the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). With the foundation stone of the OPCW’s office building being laid in The Hague only ten days ago, we can now literally watch it grow.
