Abstract

In the spring semester of 2012, in collaboration with Kenneth Tobin and a research squad composed of about a dozen Ph.D. and master’s level students, we investigated in-the-moment emotions and mindfulness in a graduate science education class I was teaching. The class was a course for science education teacher candidates and inservice teachers that focused on the history of and issues in science and science education.
