Abstract

Organizations and business leaders focus on embracing the technology landscape to get a competitive advantage. In this chapter, readers will explore the steps required to achieve monetization which is a critical factor in the CAB adoption or sourcing. A 3 M’s model—measure, manage, and monetize—is proposed that will help the stakeholders to drive the monetization activity.

It’s simpler to believe in a miracle.

―William Golding, The Spire
