Abstract
The year 2015 marks the 70th anniversary of both national liberation and division. Also it marks the 67th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Korea (ROK). The ROK is the only country, among the countries that were liberated after World War II, which has achieved both social and economic development and democratization, rising from the ashes of the Korean War. Only two years after the establishment of the ROK on August 15, 1948, the ROK was invaded by North Korea and the Korean War lasted for three years.
The author of Research on Conflict over Unification of Two Koreas, Theoretical Study on the Dynamics of North Korea’s Nuclear Policy, and many other books.
