Abstract

This paper explores the case study of personalized sneakers which considers physical factors, performance structures in integrated design methods, and the correlation between different structures and physical properties. Data plays a vital role throughout the research process and supporting the various steps including problem solving and verification. Some points and abstract forms that were difficult to quantify in sneaker design are also clearly shown through the data analysis. As a reasonable application of 3D printing technology, the design is based on foot support and motion protection requirements and responds to conditions of material and structural distribution.
