Abstract

With the arrival of the “Internet +” era, information technology and classroom teaching continue to merge deeply, and the application of flipped teaching based on rain classroom in college English is a successful practical attempt to let mobile phone change from the tool making students bow their heads to the sharp tool making students raise their heads.
