Abstract
This chapter of the book deals with all the other languages of the world, languages that are neither the official language of a state or of a region or a province nor important trading languages or intergroup lingua franca. This is an enormous topic because most of the world’s 60001 or so languages fall into this category. And most of these can be considered in danger.
