Russian Federation (RF) or Russia – a state located in the northeast of the world’s largest mainland of Eurasia, which occupies the eastern part of Europe and North Asia. It is washed by 13 seas belonging to the basins of the Atlantic, Arctic, and Pacific Oceans. It shares borders with 18 countries – Norway, Finland, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Abkhazia, Southern Osetiya, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, China, Mongolia, North Korea, Japan, and the United States.
