Abstract

A 22-year-old female patient presented with severe headaches. MRI/MRA and DSA demonstrated a large, partially thrombosed aneurysm of the P2 segment of the right posterior cerebral artery (PCA). This aneurysm was treated with a p64 flow diverter. At 6-month follow-up, there was complete occlusion of the aneurysm with a significant reduction in size and the PCA remained patent. The endovascular treatment of PCA aneurysms with flow diversion is the main topic of this chapter.
