Akutes Nierenversagen: Pathophysiologie, Prävention, Therapie und Sonderformen

Zusammenfassung

Das akute Nierenversagen ist die häufigste und teuerste Nierenerkrankung im Krankenhaus und tritt aufgrund der vielfältigen Auslöser und prädisponierenden Faktoren in allen medizinischen Fachdisziplinen auf. Die Inzidenz des akuten Nierenversagens hat in den letzten 25 Jahren stetig zugenommen, wobei dies vor allem auf eine Zunahme multimorbider Patienten höheren Alters zurückgeführt wird. Das klinische Bild des akuten Nierenversagens reicht vom asymptomatischen laborchemischen Befund bis hin zu lebensbedrohlichen Komplikationen durch Hypervolämie sowie Entgleisungen des Elektrolyt- und Säure-Basen-Haushalts.
