Zusammenfassung

Ein Druckanstieg in den Muskellogen des Unterschenkels oder Unterarmes führt über eine Kompression zu Minderdurchblutung und Schädigung der innerhalb der betroffenen Logen befindlichen Nerven und Muskeln. Entscheidend ist die rasche Diagnose und Druckentlastung des betroffenen Kompartments mittels Fasziotomie.
