Zusammenfassung

Trigeminoautonome Kopfschmerzerkrankungen (TAK) sind selten und durch streng einseitige Kopfschmerzen mit ipsilateralen autonomen Symptomen wie konjunktivale Injektion, Lakrimation oder Rhinorrhö charakterisiert. An eine TAK sollte bei frontal, orbital und temporal lokalisierten Schmerzen, ipsilateralen autonomen Begleitsymptomen und einer „Agitation“ während der Attacke gedacht werden. Am häufigsten in dieser Gruppe ist der Clusterkopfschmerz, gefolgt von der Hemicrania continua (HC) und der weit selteneren paroxysmalen Hemikranie sowie dem SUNCT-/SUNA-Syndrom.
