This is a landscape with tourism value that is composed of geological features caused by geological hazards, such as volcanoes, earthquakes, avalanches, landslides, debris flows, land subsidence and land collapse cracks. Numerous geological disasters have left behind geohazard tourism landscapes with value for scenic touring and scientific expeditions. Examples are the volcanic sites in Pompeii, Italy, the large landslide site Xintanzhen, the dangerous rocks at the landslide at Lianziya, Three Gorges, Tangshan, and features left by the Wenchuan earthquake.
