Summary
A case of lymphosarcoma in a child of 2 1/2 years is reported. He was suspected in the beginning to be a case of tuberculosis because of lymphadenopathy, respiratory symptoms and a positive Mantoux test. X-ray of the chest was suspicious of new growth and a lymphode biopsy confirmed it.
