Abstract
B/L Bell’s Palsy is a rare entity. Many authors do not consider it to be a dagnosable disease. B/L infra nuclear facial palsy is usually considered to be a manifestation of life threatening often fatal systemic disease and has been advocated to be treated as an emergency. Five cases of B/L infra nuclear facial paralysis have been presented and diagnosed by method of exclusion as no other cause of facial nerve palsy was detected. The investigative plan has also been discussed.
