Abstract
Polyaniline nanowires were synthesized using chemical technique. Pores in anodic alumina membrane were used as templates. Surface morphology was studied using field emission scanning electron microscopy. Structural analysis was done using X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Collective I–V behaviour of polyaniline nanowires observed was nonlinear.
