While the article presents novel information regarding the synthesis and properties of Co-doped titanium dioxide nanostructures, the Editor-in-Chief is concerned regarding the amount of overlap with [2, 3] None of the authors have responded to any correspondence from the editor or publisher about this overlap or the Editorial Expression of Concern.
