Transplantatureterstenosen sind eine der häufigsten urologischen Komplikationen nach (kombinierter) Nierentransplantation. Die Therapiestrategie richtet sich nach den Therapieprinzipien der ureterbedingten Harntransportstörung und bedarf nach Ausschluss extraureteraler Ursachen einer raschen Intervention.
