DH is a 3-year-old child who was brought in to see the ophthalmologist because her parents noted drifting of her left eye. Clinical examination by an ophthalmologist found vision in her right eye of 20/30 on the picture chart and 20/100 in her left eye. The anterior segment examination of both eyes was normal, but fundus exam of the left eye was difficult because of diffuse vitreous opacities. There was the impression of a possible mass lesion in the posterior and temporal aspect of the globe.
