Abstract
“Mutribi” (musician) was the pen name of a poet-scholar from Samarqand who visited the Mughal court in the last year of the emperor Jahangir’s reign (1605–1626). He recorded his conversations with the emperor. This is the account of the tenth meeting between the two.
