Abstract

In this assignment, you’re going to practise the methods of internal and external communication which you’ve learned so far, in tasks which will ‘land in your in-tray’ as in real life in offices. Try to undertake them using just the resources of an office — dictionaries, reference books, but not using your notes. Then it will make a good revision exercise.
