The provision of financial services by property consultants will obviously vary according to the expertise of the firm, its clients and any niche market in which the firm is operating. This section relies heavily on the study of the operation of Chesterton Financial, the financial services company of Chesterton International, international property consultants. Chesterton Financial deal mainly with:

professional advice;

tax-based leasing.
Most activity is in the area of debt finance.
