Abstract

It is well known that meetings form an essential part of business activities. Meetings are held for various reasons. They take place at all levels and are intended to achieve many objectives. Meetings generally provide an opportunity to:

  • communicate information;

  • identify problems;

  • generate interest;

  • stimulate new ideas;

  • seek assistance;

  • co-ordinate activities;

  • reach decisions.
