Abstract

ollowing my session with Dr Goldblatt on 11 October my symptoms rapidly declined. I was able to work satisfactorily and I no longer felt constantly sad and anxious. Those last two weeks of October stand out in my mind as a time of freedom and happiness. For the very first time since the onset of my illness I didn’t feel fatigued or mentally disturbed. I enjoyed my work, and I worked properly throughout the two weeks. Peter and I went out together most evenings and life was suddenly pleasant.
