Abstract
Procedures are another very important feature of computing they are quite simple in concept but most students find difficulty in using and writing them. Let us first look at the reason for using procedures. Suppose a program contains two or more groups of statements which are functionally identical — indicated by the shaded areas on the left of Figure 7.1.
