Abstract
If the empire is nothing but a collection of people working toward a common goal, then no matter how many buildings, desks, and bank accounts a company acquires, there is no single resource that is as precious or valuable as the people whom the company comprises. We’ve explored the concept of your company as an empire. However, when you look to the strength of an enterprise, you need not look far to find it. Possessing the power to build, innovate, strengthen, and transform, the people truly are the empire.
